It all began in 2021, when I had my first açaí bowl while studying abroad at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. I was hooked from the first spoonful.
Every city I visited after that became a quest to find the best açaí bowl. Along the way, I learned what makes a good bowl and what makes an "incredibowl"—the perfect combination of flavours, textures, and colours. Unknowingly, I was gathering all the knowledge needed to create something of my own.
Back home in Canada Water, South London, I realized many people had never even heard of açaí. With support from friends and family, I knew this was my chance to introduce it to my community. Now, I'm excited to share the joy of an açaí bowl with my neighborhood and beyond!
